Getting started
Registration can be completed online in just a few minutes.
At the end of the registration process, you'll be asked to print out and
sign a copy of our User Agreement. This is a simple legality
that protects both parties and does not bind you to use GiftTool for
an extended period of time. You should mail this to us, and we will
sign and return a copy to you for your records.
Once you've registered, you'll be able to log into our The GiftTool BackOffice.
There, you can customize or update your account settings. You can
create different campaigns, add new products or events, check your account
balance, generate reports and much more.
We'll start building your customized window as soon as you've completed
the online registration and will send you the URL to paste into your web
site as soon as the paperwork is complete. Once you've pasted it into your
site, you'll be able to use the online tools immediately!
Keeping you informed
After each transaction you will be emailed a receipt. This receipt will
show the amount, customer contact information, and any other pertinent information.
Every month you will receive a comprehensive report of all your online transactions,
allowing you to monitor and develop the success of your online activities.
You can also check your account status and generate custom reports at any time by
logging into The GiftTool BackOffice web site. In The BackOffice
you can access records of every transaction you've ever received through our
service. You can produce graphs, charts and more - and download the information
to your computer at the press of a button.
