Imagine not being able to express yourself when you are happy and excited or overwhelmed and frustrated. Imagine your only friends are your sister, Dad and Mom and people who work with you. At 9 years old, Philip is an intelligent and gentle-hearted boy who struggles to be understood by people who love him. A dog at his side will be Philip’s best friend and a tremendous aid to him at home, school and in the community. Even the smallest donation counts!
