A Community March Against Gender Violence!

Join us in raising money for the Advocate Program at Crisis Services in this family-friendly community event!

All proceeds go to support the Advocate Program at Crisis Services, which provides confidential response & support services for survivors of rape, sexual assault, domestic violence, family violence, and elder abuse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The event kicks off and ends at Crisis Services, 2969 Main Street at the foot of Hertel Avenue. The route takes supporters down Hertel to Starin Avenue and back again.  The Closing Celebration will feature activities, prizes and more.

Each year, an ever-increasing number of men, women and their families are joining Walk a Mile in Her Shoes®: The International Men's March to Stop Rape, Sexual Assault & Gender Violence. Walk a Mile in Her Shoes is a fun opportunity for men to take a stand with women as allies, raise awareness, and rally the community to take action to prevent sexualized violence.
