Special Education Law and Advocacy Conference (one day, 6 hours) focuses on Special Education Law (IDEA), Rights and Responsibilities, Tests and Measurements, Response to Treatment Interventions (RTI), Progress and Regression, SMART IEP's and Tactics and Strategies for Effective Advocacy.  

Wrightslaw programs are designed to meet the needs of parents, educators, health care providers, advocates and attorneys who represent children with disabilities in the area of special education.  This is not a disabilities specific conference.  Material provided will address all disabilities as they pertain to the relevant topic.
