The Inuvik Petroleum Show (IPS) is both a Trade Show and Conference. The trade show allows companies to purchase booths in an area where they can display products and offer services. The conference offers a program of engaging sessions with guest speakers and experts that will be a learning and sharing opportunity for conference participants.

Tradeshow Booth: available for the period of the Show. The purchase price includes free access to power but does not include exhibit booth personnel who occupy the booth. A conference delegate pass or an exhibitor's pass is available for purchase.

The Trade Show Booth is 8' x 10' and will have 8' high side wing drapes. The space also includes one decorated table and 2 chairs.

Trade Show Booth location is allocated by IPS administrators. Those companies who reserve a tradeshow booth are guaranteed space.

Although we reserve the right to allocate the booth location, we will do our best to accommodate requests while reserving the right to final booth placement.

Conference delegate passes: allows unlimited access to the trade show as well as admission to attend all conference sessions/guest speakers and evening dinners and entertainment.

Exhibitors passes: allows unlimited access to the trade show and admission to evening dinners and entertainment. It does not include access to the conference sessions/guest speakers.

It is the experience of the conference organizers that one or more of the purchase options above will meet the needs of IPS participants.  Further details on pricing and deadlines are provided below.

INSTRUCTIONS

Whether purchasing a booth, full conference delegate or exhibitors pass, each person attending the Inuvik Petroleum Show must complete the registration form and include complete contact information.

When you first log-on to the registration page and click "register now", you are asked to fill out the contact information. If you are completing the registration for more than one person, please scroll down and find "save & add new registrant".  After completing the contact information for each registrant you will then be allowed to select particular options (Full Conference Delegate, Exhibitor Pass, and Tradeshow Booth) for each of your entered contacts. Look for their highlighted names along the top of the screen.

We understand that the names of particular individuals may change prior to the show. In this instance, please e-mail our department and we will manually make the name change.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS & FEE SCHEDULE 

Tradeshow Booth:  - $695.00 plus GST includes power hook-up. 

Full Conference Delegate - $495.00 plus GST

The Full Conference Delegate allows attendees to attend all conference sessions, tradeshow floor, meals, evening and entertainment events. 

Exhibitor Pass - $195.00 plus GST

The Exhibitor Pass allows attendees can access the tradeshow floor, meals, evening and entertainment events.

Printed Delegate Binder - $75.00 plus GST            

In an effort to green our operations every delegate attending the 2010 Inuvik Petroleum Show will receive a complimentary USB Memory Key which will replace the traditional paper filled binder.

Included on this USB Memory key will be a comprehensive conference program, a speakers list including presentations and bios, an exhibitor list, a delegate list, and a conference and trade show floor plan.
