    JUMPSTART® IN MOTION Program Wait List - Springfield, MA
     Description

    JUMPSTART® IN MOTION is a free in-person program for people living with MS and their support partners. This one-day program will focus on movement and mobility issues throughout the day, and participants will also gain knowledge on goal setting, exercise and emotional well-being. In addition, support partner sessions are included specifically for support partners and their concerns in this unique one-day program format. Presenters and topics listed below.
