    JUMPSTART® Program Wait List – Grand Rapids, MI

    JUMPSTART® Program is a free in-person program for people living with MS and their support partner.  This one-day program is an interactive exploration of health, wellness and lifestyle empowerment approaches and topics.  Participants will also gain knowledge on goal setting, exercise, emotional well-being and support partner sessions are included specifically for support partners and their concerns in this unique one day program format. Presenters and topics listed below.
