How to return a product
If you are unsatisfied with a product, simply return the item to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of having received it. Please explain the reason for return and include a copy of the packing slip. We strive to offer merchandise of good quality, but if there is a problem, we would like to know in order to make improvements. Please note that the shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the item received was of inferior quality or if an error was made on our part.
