Hands Across the Water

Hands Across the Water is an annual fundraiser held by Abilities in Motion, bringing people together to help raise money towards our adaptive paddling program! 

Participants collect pledges from family, friends, neighbours, community members, and others then take to the water to paddle in support of inclusive recreation. Every dollar raised helps Abilities in Motion provide adaptive kayaking and canoeing opportunities for individuals living with disabilities, ensuring that barriers never stand in the way of experiencing the freedom and joy of being on the water.
