Hi, my name is Pam Williamson and I am a Registered Nurse. I have worked in the Operating Room at Lions Gate Hospital for 11 years.
I will be participating in a medical relief and education mission with members of Team Broken Earth Guatemala January 2019. I'm one of a group of 25 physicians, nurses and physiotherapists from Vancouver travelling to Guatemala with Team Broken Earth in January 2019 to provide life-changing surgeries to patients from remote villages and the outskirts of the country. We are raising money to purchase the supplies we need to augment the old and basic supplies in the hospital and provide care for patients. One hundred percent of this money goes to paying fees associated with treating these patients surgically and for the medical supplies that we need.
