I am excited to share that in November 2026, I will be returning to Antigua, Guatemala, for another medical relief and education mission with members of Team Broken Earth. After participating last year, I saw firsthand the profound impact this mission has on patients who would otherwise not receive the care they need.

Post-operative physio is essential for a successful recovery. Last year, I supported 6 children and more than 15 adults through their recover by:

- teaching exercises that covered short term and long term recovery

- providing education to ensure long-term recovery and healing

- supporting and guiding family members through the recovery process
