This year, I’m proud to once again participate in the Ride to Live in support of Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada.
Prostate cancer isn’t just a statistic — it’s personal. It’s the most commonly diagnosed cancer among men and the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths. 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed in their lifetime. Chances are, someone you love has already faced it or will.
The Ride to Live raises funds for PCFC, a grassroots organization that’s been making a difference for over 27 years — offering vital support to patients, funding research, and expanding their services to meet growing demand. But they can’t do it alone.
I ride because I care deeply about the men in my life — my friends, my family, my community. I ride for the 26,000 men in Canada expected to be diagnosed this year. I ride for those who are fighting, those who have lost the battle, and those who may not even know they’re at risk yet.
And while I’ll keep riding and raising awareness, I can’t do this without you.
If you’ve been waiting for the right time to give — this is it. Please consider supporting me with a donation to Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada’s Ride to Live. Every dollar makes a real impact in the lives of men and their families dealing with this disease.
Can’t ride? You can still help.
Volunteer, donate, or simply spread the word. Every action counts.

Thank you for standing with me — and for giving the gift of health and hope.
