WHY AM I PARTICIPATING IN THE RUN?

On August 19, 2021, we lost a wonderful man—our dad—who fought bravely against esophageal cancer. While he is no longer with us, we are determined to honor his memory and make a difference for those battling cancer today. As part of our team’s fundraising efforts, we are supporting prostate cancer research to help ensure that future generations don’t have to face the same heartbreak we experienced.

THE JUNE 15, 2025 FATHER'S DAY EVENT

Is an annual event hosted by Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada, a volunteer based organization that represents Canada’s prostate cancer patients, their families and communities. Even if you aren’t a walker or a runner, you can still step up and volunteer or consider donating to PCFC to fund research for this disease that currently affects 1 in 8 men.

Every donation, no matter how small, will have a large impact for men and their families dealing with a diagnosis of prostate cancer in Canada.
