I'm running in support of prostate cancer!
2025 will be a noteworthy year for me. I am turning 80 in October and it will be 15 years since I was diagnosed with prostate cancer.
I have decided that I will mark both these occasions a bit early by participating again in the annual Father's Day fund raising event. Money raised will support the activities of both our national organization, Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada, and our local prostate cancer support group that I have been involved with since 2011.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Support me and make a donation to the 27th Annual Father’s Day Walk/Run for Prostate Cancer via my personal web page below.
THE FATHER'S DAY WALK RUN EVENT
Is an annual event hosted by Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada, a volunteer based organization that represents Canada’s prostate cancer patients, their families and communities. Even if you aren’t a walker or a runner, you can still step up and volunteer or consider donating.
Every donation, big or small, will have a huge impact for men and their families dealing with a prostate cancer diagnosis in Canada.
Thank you in advance for your generosity and for giving the men in your life the gift of health this Father's Day.
