Our message:

Dear Friends, Family, and Colleagues,

Team Hailey is excited to participate in Toronto’s 13th annual Buddy Walk to raise awareness for Down syndrome and support the Down Syndrome Association of Toronto (DSAT).

The Buddy Walk® was created by the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) in 1995 to promote awareness, inclusion, and advocacy for people with Down syndrome. It has since grown into the world’s most recognized public awareness program for the Down syndrome community, helping to fund education, research, and community programs.

Where Do Donations Go?
Most of the funds raised stay with DSAT, supporting local programs and initiatives for individuals with Down syndrome in Toronto. A portion also helps the NDSS in their nationwide advocacy efforts.

How You Can Help
Any donation—big or small—makes a difference!

Thank you for helping us raise awareness and funds for this important cause!

With gratitude,

Jonathan, Christine & Hailey

The Down Syndrome Association of Toronto (DSAT) is a non-profit registered charitable organization established in 1987, consisting of passionate volunteer parents, siblings, friends and citizens who are devoted to improving the potential of people with Down syndrome. DSAT is a proud leader for raising awareness, equality and opportunity for people with Down syndrome. Funds raised support numerous programs, social events, and educational seminars, for people with Down syndrome and their families.

Every Dollar Counts!

DSAT receives no government funding and relies on private donations to provide programming for our community. Most of the money raised remains with DSAT and 7% of the funds support the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) and their efforts for advocacy for people with Down syndrome.
