Help me support the Bruce Trail!

This May, I’ll be participating in the Bruce Trail Hike-a-thon 2025. Not only will I be spending time on this fantastic footpath, I will be joining other Hike-a-thoners in raising funds to ensure the future of the Bruce Trail and support the conservation efforts of the Bruce Trail Conservancy.

I’m asking you to support me in raising much needed funds for the Bruce Trail Conservancy (BTC) because…

  • Volunteers maintain over 1,300 km of trail - including hundreds of boardwalks, bridges and lookouts - creating opportunities for us all to connect with nature;
  • The Bruce Trail provides free, public access to the Niagara Escarpment, a UNESCO World Biosphere;
  • You believe in preserving access to greenspace for generations to come.

Plus, all donations through the Hike-a-thon 2025 will be matched by an anonymous donor, so your gift will go even further!

The Bruce Trail Conservancy (BTC) is one of Ontario’s largest land trusts and the steward of the Bruce Trail - Canada's oldest and longest public footpath. As a member-based charitable organization, the BTC actively preserves and cares for land within the UNESCO designated Niagara Escarpment Biosphere and connects people to nature through the Bruce Trail and BTC protected natural areas.
