This fall, Team Winnipeg will travel to Antigua, Guatemala to deliver much-needed surgical care to patients from underserved communities throughout the region. The team’s work will focus primarily on plastic surgery procedures, including cleft lip and palate repairs for infants and children, as well as a range of general surgeries that can significantly improve patients’ health and well-being. For many of these individuals and families, access to surgical care is limited or unavailable.

Through this mission, Team Winnipeg’s volunteer healthcare professionals will help provide treatment, restore hope, and create lasting impacts for those they serve.
