Please help me support The Rotary Club of Vancouver Ride for Hearing in aid of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in British Columbia (the "Ride").
I am participating in the Ride as part of the Dentons Canada LLP team. It is my first time participating in the Ride, but it supports a cause that is very important to me. On July 9, 2009, I lost the hearing in my right ear as a side effect of an emergency surgery. The donations raised by the Ride's participants help fund research and treatment for members of the deaf and hard of hearing community who, like me, dream of a day they might be able to hear again.
My personal fundraising goal is $1,000 and my team's fundraising goal is $10,000. I sincerely appreciate any and all donations that help me and my team achieve our goals!
