This is what working with the IronDames and the people we have connected with along the way has been about for me. These incredible women show me everyday how rich our life's are and can be, even when dealing with hardship. The IronDame community has helped create an exercise program to help the weak get stronger, the strong get fitter and the fit to spread the word and make the connections to pay for the new gym at Wellspring.
