Dear family and friends,
It is hard to believe this amazing man left us 20 years ago. For those of you who didn’t get the chance to know my dad, he was a hardworking, caring family man with the best sense of humour. He somehow always found the positive in every situation, even when diagnosed with cancer.
On the 20th anniversary I wanted to do something special so I have decided to collect donations for Wellspring Niagara in memory of my dad, Joseph Edwin Conlon. Unfortunately my dad passed away before the opening of Wellspring but I know he would have found comfort in knowing that I am able to benefit from the many programs Wellspring has to offer.
Please consider making a donation to Wellspring Niagara in memory of my dad as I celebrate the 20th anniversary of his passing. The funds raised from this campaign will support cancer patients, their family and caregivers livingin Niagara. Wellspring Niagara offers almost 40 programs and services which are entirely free and complementary to medical treatment, supporting physical, emotional and social needs.
Wellspring Niagara is a welcoming and safe community where cancer patients can meet other men, women and children who are living with cancer. At Wellspring Niagara, volunteers assist members based on their own experience with cancer as patients, survivors, caregivers and friends.
As a not-for-profit, charitable organization, Wellspring Niagara is supported by the community it serves, receiving absolutely no government or cancer charity funding. Every dollar raised in Niagara, stays in Niagara to support our community.
