Bryan and I have joined the 2nd annual Ride for a Rescue to raise funds for Winnipeg Pet Rescue Shelter - a NO-KILL animal shelter. As some of you know, our dog, Nala, is a rescue with a story that broke our hearts. This is something that is very special to us.

The Winnipeg Pet Rescue Shelter is Manitoba's First Registered Charity NO-KILL Animal Shelter. We believe that every animals has the right to life and are recognized as beings with feelings with the right to loving care. There is NO time limit imposed on an animal's stay at the Shelter, we will provide veterinary care, shelter and food until loving homes can be found. The Winnipeg Pet Rescue Shelter receives NO Government funding and relies solely on the generosity and kindness of people such as yourself and community support.
