As we move closer to Father’s Day, We are asking you to step up the fight against prostate cancer and support the men you love.
Would you help our and join Team "Pain in the Ass"? Or make a donation to Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada’s annual Walk / Run for Prostate Cancer?
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Support Team "Pain in the Ass" and make a donation to a team member for Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada's Annual Father’s Day Walk/Run for Prostate Cancer.
WHY AM WE PARTICIPATING IN THE RUN?
Not only in support of our family and friends dealing with the disease but for the ones that don't make it.
We lost two valued team members this year. Steve Flintoff and Rob Kikkert.
We are running for their families too.
This run is for the tens of thousands of Canadian men living courageously with prostate cancer and their families. It’s for all the men who have died from this disease and the families who have lost loved ones. It’s for the roughly 26,000 men who will be diagnosed each year and everyone who cares about them.
THE FATHER'S DAY EVENT
Is an annual event hosted by Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada, a volunteer based organization that represents prostate cancer patients, their families and communities. Even if you aren’t a walker or a runner, you can still step up and volunteer or consider donating to PCFC to fund research for this disease that currently affects 1 in 8 men.
Every donation, no matter how small, will have a large impact for men and their families dealing with a diagnosis of prostate cancer.
Thank you in advance for your generosity and for giving the men in your life the gift of health this Father's Day.
