CoreXcellence is once again participating in the Defi Douglas, helping to bring more awareness to mental health.  

This year, three of our Athletic Development Alumni will form the trio participating in the ITU triathlon here in Montreal.  Kayla Tutino (Boston University Hockey), Michelle Daigneault (McGill Hockey), and Amy Pietrangelo (Rutgers University/Team Canada Soccer), will represent our CoreXcellence family.

By supporting the Défi Douglas, you are helping the Foundation fund the development of the Douglas Institute: research in neuroscience and mental health, patient care, and education and training. Funds raised are used to prevent and treat mental illness; to understand the causes; improve treatment and access to services; support families; educate and sensitize the population; share knowledge and best practices with other mental health stakeholders.
