Team Broken Earth is a national volunteer-driven medical relief network which provides humanitarian support in areas of need around the world. Our goal is to change lives, educate others and build capacity and partnerships in the areas we serve until we are no longer needed. Your donation will help us do just that in areas in Northern Canada – thank you.

A receipt for tax purposes will be issued using the name provided on the credit card.
Please type the cardholder name exactly as it appears on your credit card. A tax receipt will be issued to the individual or company (for corporate gifts) named on the credit card Only. In the case of a corporate gift, please include your name and company name as it appears on your company credit card – e.g. Sandra Smith, ABC Company.
