Finser, PhD=0D=0A  =0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0A  Torin M. Finser has his PhD in=0D=0A    Educational Leadership and an MA in Education with Waldorf=0D=0A    specialization.  Dr. Finser was a Waldorf student himself, having=0D=0A    attended Waldorf schools in the United States and Germany.  He has=0D=0A    been an educator for more than three decades (as a class teacher,=0D=0A    subject specialty teacher, and teacher of teachers) and is an=0D=0A    international speaker, consultant, advisor, and advocate for school=0D=0A    renewal.  Torin has served on the Board of six Waldorf schools, and=0D=0A    he has served as General Secretary of the Anthroposophical Society=0D=0A    in America.  Torin has for many years worked as an organizational=0D=0A    consultant for a wide variety and number of schools, in the areas of=0D=0A    leadership development, conflict resolution, organizational and=0D=0A    group dynamics, mentoring, and teacher development.  He has led=0D=0A    workshops and conferences on healthy school relationships; stress=0D=0A    transformation; individual, school and community renewal; and the=0D=0A    arts and foreign languages in the curriculum.  Dr. Finser is the=0D=0A    author of ten books, including School as a Journey; In Search of=0D=0A      Ethical Leadership; School Renewal; Organizational Integrity; A=0D=0A      Second Classroom: Parent-Teacher Relationships in a Waldorf=0D=0A      School; Finding Your Self: Exercises and Suggestions for Teachers;=0D=0A      Leadership Development; and most recently Education for=0D=0A      Nonviolence: The Waldorf Way.=0D=0A  =0D=0A=0D=0A =0D=0A=0D=0A =0D=0A=0D=0A =0D=0A=0D=0A   =0D=0A=0D=0A
