All companies who\n  have past &amp\; present EU resident’s data will be required to\n  implement business processes and technical solutions to meet the GDPR\n  mandates which includes complete removal of all traces of an\n  individual's identity from the company's systems if requested.\n  Companies will need to comply by the May 25\, 2018 deadline or be\n  subject to fines up to 4% of their annual revenues. Individual data\n  subjects also have the right to compensation for instances in which\n  their rights are violated. This regulation not only impacts EU\n  companies but all companies worldwide whose customers and employees\n  reside in the EU.\nSponsored by ISACA\n    Vancouver and The\n    Vancouver IIA Chapter\, this GDPR seminar has been structured to\n  provide attendees a consolidated view of how to implement\, assess and\n  audit the GDPR project. This seminar is intended to provide attendees\n  the base level knowledge required to:\n(1)   Conduct a “point-in-time” assessment to provide a basis to\n  determine the current stage of GDPR compliance and identify the\n  remaining project initiatives\n(2)   Manage the implementation of the GDPR project\, and\n(3)   Conduct a GDPR Pre-Implementation Audit.\n \n\n  SPEAKERS INFORMATION\n\n\n  Mitchell Levine\, CISA\, Founder of Audit Serve\, Inc.\n\nFor the last 26 years at Audit Serve\, Mitch has split his time\n  between traditional IT &amp\; Integrated Audit Consulting projects and\n  global project initiatives. For the past 18 months\, Mitch has been\n  focusing most of his time on the GDPR project in which he has\n  presented his GDPR seminar four times in the last 9 months in which\n  three of these presentations occurred in Europe.
