She sheds=0D=0A  light on how perfectionism manifests among professionals, contributing=0D=0A  to burnout, imposter syndrome, and harsh self-criticism, challenges=0D=0A  that many social workers and helping professionals face.=0D=0A=0D=0ADrawing on decades of research and real-world experience, Dr. Molnar=0D=0A  offers evidence-based tools to cultivate self-compassion, enhance=0D=0A  motivation, and create a healthier balance in daily life. She is also an award-winning Professor of Child=0D=0A  and Youth Studies at Brock University and an Associate Professor=0D=0A  (status only) at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education,=0D=0A  University of Toronto.=0D=0A=0D=0AFor more than twenty years, Dr. Molnar has dedicated her career to=0D=0A  understanding the hidden costs of perfectionism, including its impact=0D=0A  on mental and physical health, productivity, relationships, and=0D=0A  everyday functioning. Her work also explores how perfectionism=0D=0A  develops, how it manifests across diverse populations, and how it=0D=0A  uniquely affects young people as they form their identities, respond=0D=0A  to pressure, and seek belonging.=0D=0A=0D=0AHer groundbreaking work has made important contributions to both=0D=0A  theory and practice.
