The=0D=0A  webinar offers recommendations for more equitable, public=0D=0A  health?oriented approaches to guide cannabis policies and social work practice.=0D=0A=0D=0APresenter Bio:=0D=0A=0D=0A  Dr.=0D=0A    Toula Kourgiantakis is an Associate Professor in Social Work at=0D=0A    Université Laval and Director of the PhD program. Her research=0D=0A    focuses on youth mental health and addictions, suicide prevention,=0D=0A    family involvement in treatment, and strengthening social work=0D=0A    practice. She currently leads several projects on youth suicide=0D=0A    prevention, including a SSHRC-funded study on suicide risk=0D=0A    assessment in emergency departments and a Fonds de recherche du=0D=0A    Québec funded study on the trajectories of girls aged 12?17 who have=0D=0A    attempted suicide. Her research is grounded in over 30 years of=0D=0A    clinical practice as a social worker and family therapist.=0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0A  Angie=0D=0A    Hamilton is a retired lawyer, the Executive Director and Co-Founder=0D=0A    of Families for Addiction Recovery (FAR) and the parent of a child=0D=0A    who struggles with addiction.
