Enjoy=0D=0A  guided breathwork, an optional supported sauna and cold plunge=0D=0A  experience, and time to gather by the fire with tea and community=0D=0A  connection. The experience concludes with a nourishing lunch and a=0D=0A  reflective fire and cacao ceremony in a peaceful cedar grove.=0D=0A =0D=0ATake this time to honour your work, reset your=0D=0A  nervous system, and reconnect, with yourself and your colleagues.=0D=0A =0D=0A=0D=0A  Agenda=0D=0A=0D=0A  =0D=0A=0D=0A    10:00 am: Arrive at the Cedarvale Wellness Studio=0D=0A    where we will welcome guests and prepare for a breathwork session.=0D=0A    This will run until approximately 10:45 am.=0D=0A  =0D=0A=0D=0A    11:00 am: Guests change into bathing suits, bring=0D=0A    towels and flip flops and get ready to enjoy our wood-burning saunas=0D=0A    and cold plunge tubs.
