DESCRIPTION:We look forward to welcoming the first 12 individuals who register to attend. \nWhen\n    Tuesday\, March 31 from 10 AM to 2 PM ET.\nWhere\n\n  Cedarvale\n    Wellbeing Studio (257 Concession Rd. 4\, Port Elgin\, ON N0H2C5)\nCosts\n  OASW Members: Free\nEvent Description\nIn celebration of Social Work Month\, OASW Grey\n  Bruce–Huron–Perth &amp\; Area invites you to a restorative half-day\n  wellness experience created especially for social workers. Enjoy\n  guided breathwork\, an optional supported sauna and cold plunge\n  experience\, and time to gather by the fire with tea and community\n  connection. The experience concludes with a nourishing lunch and a\n  reflective fire and cacao ceremony in a peaceful cedar grove.\n \nTake this time to honour your work\, reset your\n  nervous system\, and reconnect\, with yourself and your colleagues.\n \n\n  Agenda\n\n\n  \n    10:00 am: Arrive at the Cedarvale Wellness Studio\n    where we will welcome guests and prepare for a breathwork session.\n    This will run until approximately 10:45 am.\n  \n    11:00 am: Guests change into bathing suits\, bring\n    towels and flip flops and get ready to enjoy our wood-burning saunas\n    and cold plunge tubs. Guests are guided into the cold and use their\n    breath to regulate from fight or flight to rest and relax in a safe\n    and inviting setting in nature.\n  Tea is served\, a fire is set with seating to invite conversation\n    and community between sauna and plunge experience.\n  \n    12:30 pm - Lunch is served in the studio.\n  \n    1:30 pm - We close out the afternoon with a fire\n    and cacao ceremony at our outdoor healing circle\, set in the cedar grove.\n  \n    2:00 pm - Guests depart\n\n\nCancellation Policy \n\n  Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment\n    via email to Aisha at aisha@oasw.org will be processed\n    without a penalty.\n\nNOTE ABOUT REGISTRATION QUESTIONS:\nOASW is committed to inclusion and promoting a diverse range of\n  identities\, experiences\, perspectives\, and voices across all areas of\n  the Association.
