DESCRIPTION:We look forward to welcoming the first 20 individuals who register to attend. \nWhen\n     Friday\, May 8 from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM ET.\nWhere\n\n  Art Not Shame (119\n    Wyndham St N\, ON\, N1H 4E9)\nCosts\n  OASW Members: $5 (Refundable upon\n  Attendance)  Non-Members: $5 (Refundable upon Attendance)\nTo encourage engagement\, we kindly ask for a $5 deposit. Following\n  your confirmed attendance of the event\, all participants will be refunded.\nEvent Description\nGuelph and Area Racialized Therapist Network together with the Guelph\n  and Area and OASW LEN invites racialized mental health professionals\n  to Join Together for our Annual Community and Connections In -Person Event.\nPlease bring beverages or water bottle of your choice.\n\n  Note about parking at Art Not Shame\n\nThere is Limited\, free\, two-hour street parking is located at the\n  front of the building. Daily paid parking is available at the City of\n  Guelph’s West Parkade (110 Macdonell St)\, East Parkade (146 Macdonell\n  St)\, and Market Parkade (10 Wilson St). 4.\nThis venue is a Chemical Fragrance-Free\, Art Not Shame maintains a\n  chemical fragrance-free space to ensure that our environment is safe\n  and welcoming for everyone\, including those with chemical\n  sensitivities\, sensory sensitivities\, While at Art Not Shame\, renters\n  and users should refrain from wearing scented products such as\n  perfumes/colognes\, hair products\, cosmetics\, and scented lotions.\n  Renters and users should also avoid using scented soaps\, shampoos\, and\n  detergents prior to your visit.\n\nCancellation Policy \n\n  Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment\n    via email to Aisha at aisha@oasw.org will be processed\n    without a penalty.\n  Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an event will not be\n    refunded. This includes no-shows.\n  Refunds will be issued if this event is cancelled. \n\n\n  OASW Members only - Deposit Policy: Payment is for\n  deposit only.
