With locations in Amherstburg\, Kingsville\, and\n  Windsor\, this guided group class is a great opportunity to move your\n  body\, network with like-minded individuals\, and experience a truly\n  community-driven approach to fitness.\nLet’s come together and practice self-care—rather than just talking\n  about it.\nEach attendee will also be entered into a draw to win a $100 gift\n  card per location.\nThe Garage Gym was founded by Tony and Dani\, who transitioned from\n  careers in local law enforcement to creating a space dedicated to\n  functional fitness. Their community-focused approach emphasizes\n  resilience\, mental toughness\, and a supportive\, family-like\n  environment where people are encouraged to push past barriers for change. \n\nCancellation Policy \n\n  Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment\n    via email to Aisha at aisha@oasw.org will be processed\n    without a penalty.\n\nNOTE ABOUT REGISTRATION QUESTIONS:\nOASW is committed to inclusion and promoting a diverse range of\n  identities\, experiences\, perspectives\, and voices across all areas of\n  the Association.
