For over three\n  decades\, White Ribbon has led the movement for gender equity through\n  education\, workplace programs\, and global campaigns that inspire allyship.\nAt this webinar\, you will get insights and key findings from the Boys\n  Are at Risk report and other research reports exploring emerging\n  trends related to online misogyny and incel communities. This session\n  highlights how these dynamics are shaping experiences of boys and\n  young men\, while grounding the discussion in current research and\n  evidence. Participants will also be introduced to relevant resources\n  and initiatives that support further learning and inform prevention\n  efforts in educational and community contexts.\nPresenter Bio:\nJoanna Fayad is the Bilingual Program Manager at White Ribbon\, where\n  she leads programming that engages diverse communities\, particularly\n  men and boys\, in preventing gender based violence and promoting gender\n  equity\, with a focus on incel prevention. She brings over a decade of\n  experience in gender equity\, inclusive development\, and program\n  management\, having led initiatives on gender mainstreaming\, inclusive\n  political participation\, and human rights. Joanna has managed full\n  project lifecycles\, built partnerships with civil society\, and\n  developed resources on gender based violence and male engagement.
