She brings over a decade of=0D=0A  experience in gender equity, inclusive development, and program=0D=0A  management, having led initiatives on gender mainstreaming, inclusive=0D=0A  political participation, and human rights. Joanna has managed full=0D=0A  project lifecycles, built partnerships with civil society, and=0D=0A  developed resources on gender based violence and male engagement.
