DESCRIPTION:WIL 2026\nNovember 2 to 6\n \nWere you aware that many highly successful women leaders\n often navigate their careers and lives by adopting these four keys\n to success:\n\n\n \n \n Agency\,\n \n \n Authenticity\,\n \n \n Connection\, and\n \n \n Wholeness.\n \n \n\n \nThese four themes are integral to their career choices and leadership\n approaches. Together\, they present a richer\, more intricate portrayal\n of successful women and provide chances for reflection and insight for\n those on their leadership paths.\n \n\n 1. Agency\n\nWhat do we mean by agency? “Agency” refers to intentional actions\n taken toward achieving a desired goal. Agency is about taking control\n of your career\, being your own pilot\, and feeling as if you’re shaping\n your job\, your leadership style\, and your life.\n \n\n 2. Authenticity\n\nAuthenticity is being genuine and being yourself. As the lines\n between work and home life continue to blur\, it’s more important than\n ever before for women to resist the urge to comply with policies\,\n expectations\, practices\, and environments that are in opposition to\n their needs as leaders.\n \n\n 3. Connection\n\nConnection involves a focus on relationships. A desire for closer\n friendships and family ties drove many of the goals\, choices\, and\n decisions of the women in our study. Even the busiest executives\n invest in connections\, both personally and professionally. \n \n\n 4. Wholeness\n\nWholeness represents the desire to seek roles beyond work or to unite\n different life roles into an integrated whole. During these uncertain\n times\, wholeness can sound especially daunting for women who already\n feel overburdened and/or under-supported at work and home.\n \nMCCA is hosting a week of sharing experiences with some of our\n leading Call Centre executives and trainers. Each session will\n highlight their individual journeys as industry leaders!\n \n\n \n Join us to learn\, collaborate and create!\n \n
