DESCRIPTION:We look forward to welcoming the first 28 individuals who register to attend. \n\n  When:\n\n Friday\, October 23 2026 from 9:45 AM to 11:30 AM\n\n  Where:\n\n\n  Zoom (The link will be sent one week prior to the date of the event.)\n\nCost:\n  OASW Members: $5 (Refundable upon Attendance) Student Members:\n  $5 (Refundable upon Attendance)\nTo encourage engagement among OASW members\, we kindly ask for a $5\n  deposit. Following your confirmed attendance of the event\, OASW\n  members will be refunded.\nEvent Description:\nSoulCollage®️ is a unique and fun way to combine images that you are\n  intuitively drawn to. It can be relaxing as well as deeply moving as\n  you create surprisingly meaningful collages. NO ARTISTIC ABILITY\n  REQUIRED. Heidi Smith will be our guide in this online bring your own\n  supplies cut and paste image to paper self-care/self knowledge practice.\nFacilitator's Bio:\nHeidi is a Registered Dietitian\, Mindfulness Trainer\, SoulCollage®️\n  Facilitator and Co-founder of the company 'Vitality at Work'. She runs\n  an individual consulting practice as well as offering online programs\,\n  retreats and workplace wellness programming. She has been consulting\n  for individuals and organizations for over 20 years. Heidi provides a\n  unique perspective by combing her expertise on nutrition and exercise\n  with her passion for mindfulness\, body awareness\, self-compassion\,\n  self-discovery and intuitive eating.\n\n  \n\nCancellation Policy:\n\n  Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment\n    via email to Aisha at aisha@oasw.org will be processed\n    without a penalty.\n  Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an event will not be\n    refunded. This includes no-shows.\n  Refunds will be issued if this event is cancelled. \n\n\n  OASW Members only - Deposit Policy: Payment is for\n  deposit only.
