Write.\nJoin Lori Rosove for a special writing workshop— a nourishing blend\n  of gentle movement and therapeutic writing. She will show you how to\n  gain calm with simple\, accessible movement and clarity through\n  therapeutic writing.\nAs we move into the new season\, take time for yourself. Imagine\n  embracing this beautiful season with a clear mind and a calm heart.\n  This special workshop offers exactly that.\nIn this workshop\, Lori is going to guide you for 90 minutes to\n  reconnect with yourself and what matters in a welcoming space. You’ll\n  have the chance to:\n🧘‍♀️Relax your body with gentle sitting movement.\n🖋️ Write to explore what’s below your surface.\n🌳 Embrace calm with mindfulness tools.\n🧘‍♀️ No experience needed — just bring a notebook\, a pen\, and a\n  curious heart.\nLight refreshments will be provided. \n=====\nBreathe. Move. Write. This self-care workshop is a nourishing blend\n  of gentle movement and therapeutic writing. Participants will ground\n  into their body through simple\, accessible movement and their mind\n  with deep reflective writing.\nTarget Audience: Social workers who are looking for a bit of time for\n  self-care. Attendees will gain new tools for self-care\, recognize the\n  need for /benefits of self-care\, and gain clarity on some “blocked” areas.\nPurpose: Provide an easy method of self-care that attendees can use\n  in their lives on an ongoing basis.\n \nSpeaker Bio: \nLori Rosove\, the founder of trees&amp\;breathe Therapeutic Writing is\n  facilitating the event. Lori created trees&amp\;breathe in 2020 when\n  people were looking for self-care events outside. She created\n  workshops that blend nature’s calming power\, mindfulness practices\,\n  therapeutic strategies\, and the transformative impact of writing.\nWith degrees in Social Work and Applied Language Studies (Writing)\,\n  plus certifications in yoga and forest bathing\, she created this\n  multi-layered approach to therapeutic writing to help others foster\n  self-discovery and emotional clarity. With 25 years as a social worker\n  and 10 as a university writing instructor\, as well as the author of\n  two books\, Lori has been passionate about guiding others to slow down\,\n  listen inward\, and discover what’s ready to be seen. \n\nCancellation Policy\n\n  Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment\n    via email will be processed without a penalty.\n  Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an event will not be\n    refunded. This includes no-shows.\n  Refunds will be issued if this event is cancelled. \n\n\n  OASW Members only - Deposit Policy: Payment is for\n  deposit only.
