DESCRIPTION:REGISTRATION FORM &amp\; DEADLINES\n\n  Early-bird registration deadline EXTENDED to October 3rd\, 2025.\n  Standard registration deadline is November 2\, 2025.\n\n \n\n  DATES and LOCATION\n\nThe 2025 Conference is being held at the Providence Renewal Centre\,\n  3005 119 Street NW\, Edmonton\, Alberta\, from the morning of Tuesday\,\n  November 18th through Thursday\, November 20th (the closing ceremony\n  will be finished by 3pm MT). \n \n\n  REGISTRATION FEES      \n\nThe registration fee covers access to all on-site conference\n    activities\, lunches on Tuesday\, Wednesday and Thursday\, and dinners\n    on Tuesday and Wednesday. There is an option for on-site\n  dinners\, Monday and Thursday for folks interested. \nNot included are accommodations\, other meals\, and tax.    \n \nCWCF Member Rates (including members of another Worker Co-op\n  Federation\, CoopZone\, and friends of the CWCF). \nThis conference employs a sliding-scale pricing model\, inspired by\n  the Green Bottle Method\, in alignment with CWCF’s JEDDI and\n  accessibility priorities. This method enables increased accessibility\,\n  depending on financial privileges and lived\n  experiences. The solidarity rate is also available for those members\n  sending a second or third (etc.) participant(s) to the conference.\n \n\n  Member Fees: Three-day Conference Package\n\n\n  Member Supporter Rate - $325 (early bird $300) \n\n\n  This rate is suggested for member co-ops that are covering the\n    costs of their members to attend the conference and have a\n    substantial operational budget and are in good financial standing.\n    By selecting this ticket\, you are helping to subsidize tickets for\n    those in more precarious situations.\n  Individuals buying their own ticket who consistently meet their\n    own needs\, have higher education\, might have some debt\, but can\n    regularly make payments on it. By selecting this ticket\, you are\n    helping to subsidize tickets for those in more precarious situations. \n\n \n\n  Member Regular Rate $250 (early bird $225)\n\n\n  This rate is suggested for member co-ops that cover the\n    costs of their members attending the conference. \n  Individuals who consistently meet their own needs\, have\n    higher education\, and might have some debt but can regularly make\n    payments on it. \n\n \n\n  Member Solidarity Rate and Second and Third Member Rate  $200\n    (early bird $180)  \n\n\n  This rate is for second and third members attending from\n    the same co-op.\n  Co-ops and organizations that cover the costs\, with the\n    majority of their members from BIPOC communities or other\n    Equity-Denied Groups (EDGs) (including 2SLGBTQI+).\n  Individuals paying for their own ticket are from BIPOC\n    communities or other EDG communities (including 2SLGBTQI+). \n\nNOTE: non-profit organizations not eligible for CWCF membership may\n  be eligible for the member rate. Please contact us.  \n   \n\n  Non-Member Rates: Three-day Conference Package\n\n\n  Non-Member Supporter Rate $650 (early bird $600)  \n\n  This rate is suggested for co-ops and organizations that\n    are not members of CWCF and that cover the costs for their members\n    to attend the conference. \n  Individuals buying their own ticket who consistently\n    meet their own needs\, have higher education\, might have some debt\,\n    but can regularly make payments on it. By selecting this ticket\, you\n    are helping to subsidize tickets for those in more precarious situations. \n\n \n\n  Non-Member Regular Rate $575 (early bird $550)  \n\n\n  This rate is suggested for co-ops and organizations that\n    are not members of CWCF and that cover the costs for their members\n    to attend the conference. \n  Individuals buying their own ticket who consistently\n    meet their own needs\, have higher education\, might have some debt\,\n    but can regularly make payments on it. \n\n  \nIt is also possible to register for single days.  \n \n\n  ACCOMMODATIONS\n\nThere are some accommodations available on-site. There will be an\n  option to book accommodation as part of your registration:\n\n  Single room with a single bed: $70 plus tax per night/person -\n    breakfast included\; washroom is shared.\n  Single Suite with a double or queen bed: $90 plus tax per\n    night/person - breakfast included\; washroom is in the suite.\n  Double Suite with a double or queen bed plus a single bed: $57.50\n    plus tax per night/per person- breakfast included\; washroom is in\n    the suite. If there is only one person the price is $90 for that person.\n\n\n  NOTE: It is an extra cost of $25 per night for extra\n    individuals in a room\, this is only possible in the Single Suites\n    and some Double Suites where they have a twin bed included for a\n    third person. \n\nNote: The block of rooms is limited while supplies last. \nOTHER ACCOMMODATIONS: We may be able to make billet spaces available\,\n  provided by worker co-op members in the area. If you are interested\,\n  please indicate this on your registration form. In addition\, there are\n  other hotels nearby. See this\n    link for more details. \n \n\n  TRANSPORTATION\n\n\n  Car-pooling: Some\n  individuals in Calgary &amp\; other nearby regions may be carpooling to\n  the Conference\; please indicate on the registration form if you are\n  interested in joining or starting a carpool.\n\n  Other ground\n  transportation: There is bus service to Edmonton from other\n  locations in Alberta and in some cases\, other provinces.  Bus lines\n  include Flix Bus (least\n  expensive)\, Ebus\, and Red Arrow.  Another option is Via Rail.\n\n  Ground Transportation from\n    the Airport: The Edmonton Airport is about a 20-minute drive\n  to the Providence Renewal Centre. It is also easily accessible by\n  public transit\, which takes about 45-60 minutes.  The directions are\n  here\, and the fare is $3.75. \n \n\n  TRAVEL SUBSIDIES\n\nWorker Co-op Members: A travel subsidy is available to CWCF worker\n  co-op members to assist them to attend.  This amount will be\n  approximately 1/2 the Economy Basic/Standard airfare cost.
