Payment Option:  $1,750 due by September 1, 2025 and $1,750 due by January 1, 2026

PLEASE NOTE: TICP must have accurate and current information about a candidate’s malpractice insurance and personal analysis. Any changes to insurance and/or analyst status must be communicated to the administration office.
