conclusion of registration, as this will be your Official
Thompson Okanagan Dental Society receipt.

midnight PST December 31, 2021

into the registration page.
Enter the name you wish to have
the TODS Official receipt made out to in the 'Name for
Official TODS Receipt'field. If you are registering dental office staff and
the receipt is to be made to the clinic/dentist name, please
indicate the name.
Please indicate whether you are
the one responsible for your registration fee or if another
person/dental office is responsible for payment.
EACH REGISTRANT MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THEIR OWN
PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS. Please enter the email address you check on a regular basis.
