How to Complete The Payment Process

1. Click "Pay Fees" button on this page.
2. Enter your personal info (page 2) - Please enter the specific info as it applies to your session. The name of the person submitting the payment will always be two separate lines (First name/last name).
   
   If applicable:
   • Couples Counselling - be sure to enter your partner's full name in the single box provided if they were in the session with you.
   • Family Counselling - enter partner info as above (if they were in the session), and/or enter the full names of each child (separated by a comma) in the single box provided if they were in the session with you.
3. Enter your hourly rate as per your most recent Fee Agreement under "Quantity" next to the counsellor you saw. (page 3)
