Event DescriptionThe Guelph and Area Racialized Therapist Network (GARTN), in collaboration with the Guelph and Area and Kitchener/Waterloo OASW LENs, warmly invites racialized mental health professionals to join us for our Annual Community and Connections In-Person Event. This year’s theme, Honoring Our Ancestors, offers a space to reflect, connect, and nourish ourselves as a community. Together, we’ll engage in grounding practices, creative play, and meaningful conversations to celebrate our shared experiences and the wisdom of those who came before us. The gathering will include (agenda subject to change): We look forward to coming together in community to honor, celebrate, and care for one another. Health and SafetyParticipants should remain up-to-date on information from government and public health authorities regarding attending in-person events outside. Public Health Ontario prevention and management measures. Any participants showing signs and symptoms of COVID-19 are recommended to remain home.
