Following your confirmed attendance of the event, OASW members will be refunded. Event DescriptionStep out of your routine and into a space of spontaneity with our Improv for Social Workers session! This interactive workshop is designed to help social workers cultivate essential skills such as being present, working collaboratively, deconstructing set ways of thinking, and enhancing playfulness and creativity. Through fun, low-pressure improv games, you’ll explore new ways of connecting, communicating, and responding skills that can enrich your practice and support your well-being. No performance experience needed—just bring your curiosity and willingness to try something new in a safe, supportive environment. Free snacks and drinks provided! Note: There’s street parking available for up to 3 hours, and a few visitor parking spots at the back of the building, clearly marked as “Visitor Parking.” Health and SafetyParticipants should remain up-to-date on information from government and public health authorities regarding attending in-person events outside.
