Welcome to Riders On Board's 2025 Spring Dryland!
What is Dryland training?
Snowboarders train during the off-season months to improve their
performance and stay in shape for when they go back on-snow. Dryland
programs focus on general fitness, core strength, flexibility,
development and strengthening of snowboard specific muscle groups,
agility and endurance.
What do you do during Dryland training?
General fitness/body weight training, games on our basketball
court, in combination with skateboarding and trampoline aerial
awareness on our 14x14 MaxAir super tramp. Our indoor skatepark has
features for all level skateboarders. Circuit training and snowboard
addiction training boards will all be a part of keeping our fitness
levels up for the off season
