It will also highlight the work of the Global Strategic Litigation Counsel, which is developing a database of human rights and climate mobility resources. Lastly, Chief Smogelgem of the Wet’suwet’en Nation, an Indigenous land defender, will share insights.

It will also highlight the work of the Global Strategic Litigation Council, which has co-developed the Climate Mobility Case Database - a publicly accessible database of climate (im)mobility jurisprudence from across the world, aimed at supporting legal practitioners in bringing successful litigation to advance the rights of climate-displaced communities globally.

The webinar will last approximately 60 minutes, with 30 minutes at the end to answer questions. A recording of the Webinar will be made available online afterwards.
