OASW Grey Bruce-Huron-Perth & Area: Somatic Movement & Myofascial Release for Energy Balance & Mind-Body Nourishment

Join us for a rejuvenating experience that blends grounding movement and soothing myofascial release to help restore your natural balance. This mindful session will nurture your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit.

Immerse yourself in a safe, supportive space designed for reflection, healing, and intentional journaling. Cleanse your energy and reconnect with your inner self. Each session is limited to three participants only.

Speaker Information

Alexandra Mireanu is a Holistic Practitioner with designations in Myomassology, Reflexology, Myofascial Release and Rehabilitative Reformer Pilates. Alexandra is the owner of the The Writing & Wellness Co, providing holistic treatments with a specialized focus in immune-lymphatic-circulatory systems health & detoxification, nervous system resiliency, body awareness & trauma processing, joint-muscle-fascia health & mobility, chronic pain management, injury & surgery rehabilitation.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via email at angeline@oasw.org will be processed without a penalty.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an event will not be refunded. This includes no-shows.
• Refunds will be issued if this event is cancelled.
