Manmeet Dhanesar is a seasoned identity and access management (IAM) professional with nearly a decade of experience specializing in IAM, Customer IAM (CIAM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Based in Toronto, she has successfully led critical security initiatives across highly regulated sectors including banking, fintech, healthcare, and retail—strengthening cybersecurity, access governance, and regulatory compliance. Manmeet is known for her hands-on expertise with platforms such as Azure Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, CyberArk, and ForgeRock. She has delivered over 15 complex IAM programs, leading seamless migrations from legacy systems, rolling out secure SSO integrations, deploying enterprise-wide MFA solutions, and developing automation to streamline governance and reporting.

In addition to her technical depth, Manmeet is recognized for her collaborative approach, strategic thinking, and ability to translate complex security concepts into actionable outcomes. He specializes in designing security programs, conducting enterprise risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards—enabling clients to strengthen their security posture and navigate complex risk environments with confidence. He has successfully led initiatives at a major Canadian bank, implemented ISO 27001-compliant ISMS programs for multinational enterprises, and conducted independent assessments under frameworks such as NIST CSF 2.0, COBIT, OSFI B10/B13, and Microsoft’s SSPA. Lisa Bertrand

Lisa is an experienced cybersecurity professional specializing in incident response and digital forensics, with a strong background supporting both private and public sector clients, including legal teams. She brings deep expertise in managing complex investigations involving ransomware, business email compromise, insider threats, fraud, intellectual property theft, and open-source intelligence. Her casework spans sensitive legal matters where discretion, precision, and impact are critical and some of which have contributed to changes in case law. Lisa’s hands-on experience includes forensic analysis of endpoints, servers, and mobile devices, as well as malware analysis and threat hunting. Her unique blend of technical expertise and leadership experience, particularly in internal investigations, equips her to navigate high-stakes scenarios with clarity and rigor. She holds multiple certifications and credentials in digital forensics and incident response, including training from SANS and Magnet Forensics, and is a graduate of Fleming College with honors in both Computer Security & Investigations and Computer Engineering.
