In this workshop, Lori is going to guide you for 90 minutes to reconnect with yourself and what matters in a welcoming space. You’ll have the chance to:

🧘‍♀️Relax your body with gentle sitting movement.

🖋️ Write to explore what’s below your surface.

🌳 Embrace calm with mindfulness tools.

🧘‍♀️ No experience needed — just bring a notebook, a pen, and a curious heart.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Speaker Bio:

Lori Rosove, the founder of trees&breathe Therapeutic Writing is facilitating the event. Lori created trees&breathe in 2020 when people were looking for self-care events outside. She created workshops that blend nature’s calming power, mindfulness practices, therapeutic strategies, and the transformative impact of writing.

With degrees in Social Work and Applied Language Studies (Writing), plus certifications in yoga and forest bathing, she created this multi-layered approach to therapeutic writing to help others foster self-discovery and emotional clarity. With 25 years as a social worker and 10 as a university writing instructor, as well as the author of two books, Lori has been passionate about guiding others to slow down, listen inward, and discover what’s ready to be seen.
