With over two decades of experience at PwC, Bank of America, Enbridge, CRH, Enercare, Ontario Energy Board, goeasy, and Al Rayan Bank, he has led complex enterprise-wide transformation programs that create meaningful outcomes for clients.

A Chartered Accountant by training, Meherban built expertise in Business Process Management, leading to the creation of his Transform4D™ framework—a structured four-stage approach that aligns leadership on outcomes, drives process insight, shapes target operating models, and executes with strong governance and change management to connect strategic intent with operational reality.
