Speaker Bio:

Meherban Faroogh is a Business Transformation leader and Founder of BPS Partners, helping organizations align strategy, process, people, and technology to deliver sustainable results. With over two decades of experience at PwC, Bank of America, Enbridge, CRH, Enercare, Ontario Energy Board, goeasy, and Al Rayan Bank, he has led complex enterprise-wide transformation programs that create meaningful outcomes for clients.

A Chartered Accountant by training, Meherban built expertise in Business Process Management, leading to the creation of his Transform4D™ framework—a structured four-stage approach that aligns leadership on outcomes, drives process insight, shapes target operating models, and executes with strong governance and change management to connect strategic intent with operational reality.

He also serves as President of ABPMP Toronto Chapter and lectures at universities and professional forums, actively contributing to the business process and transformation community.
