  OASW Members: $10 (Refundable upon Attendance)

To encourage engagement among OASW members, we kindly ask for a $10 deposit. Following your confirmed attendance of the event, OASW members will be refunded.

Event Description

In recognition of Social work month, we’re inviting social workers to join us for a restorative Pilates session designed to support wellness, reduce stress and connect with fellow professionals in the community.

What to expect:

• One-hour guided Pilates class suitable for all experience levels

• A welcoming space to unwind and recharge

• Opportunity to connect with other social workers

• Light refreshment and one-hour social networking after the session 

Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via email to Aisha at aisha@oasw.org will be processed without a penalty.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an event will not be refunded. This includes no-shows.
• Refunds will be issued if this event is cancelled. 

OASW Members only - Deposit Policy: Payment is for deposit only. Following confirmed attendance, OASW members will be refunded.
