Windsor, ON Costs OASW Members: Free Event DescriptionIn this guided Neurographica practice, participants will explore a gentle, flowing drawing process inspired by the symbolism of rain as nourishment. Through intuitive lines and creative movement, this exercise invites reflection, emotional release, and the planting of new ideas. Often referred to as “Shamanic Rain,” this practice supports participants in connecting with their inner landscape while creating space for growth, healing, and possibility. Speaker's BiographyDenise Turner is a Holistic Grief Coach, Grief Educator, and Therapeutic Art Practitioner based in Windsor-Essex. She trained with Good Grief UK and is accredited through IPHM and ACCPH and is a certified Grief Educator through David Kessler’s program, where she also facilitates international peer support through the Tender Hearts community. With additional training in Therapeutic Art Therapy through the Canadian International Institute of Art Therapy and studies in Thanatology from Durham College, Denise gently integrates creative expression and nervous system–aware practices into her work. She is the founder of Lighthouse Grief Coaching & Therapeutic Art, with a private practice in Olde Riverside in Windsor, ON at Mastering the Soul and also serves as a Support Care Volunteer with Hospice.
