WhereMoonlight Yoga and Found Coffee Roasters (17 Gordon St, Guelph, ON N1H 4G7) To access Moonlight Yoga, enter through Found Coffee Roasters and go all the way to the back to the yoga studio doors. CostsOASW Members: $10 deposit Non-Members: $20 fee-for-service To ensure engagement among members, we kindly ask for a $10 deposit. Following your confirmed attendance of the event, members will be refunded. A fee-for-service is applicable to non-members. Event DescriptionCome out and celebrate Social Work Week with colleagues in OASW Guelph & Area! Attendees will be led through a beginner yoga class by Laura from Moonlight Yoga, followed by an opportunity to socialize and connect at Found Coffee Roasters. Light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks from Found Coffee Roasters will be provided and there will be an opportunity to win an exciting door prize! All equipment for the yoga class will be provided. Attendees are welcome to bring their own yoga mat, if preferred. Intructor BioLaura (she/her) is a queer yoga teacher in Guelph. Laura has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and you can find her offering classes in her cozy shared studio at 17 Gordon St. Downtown Guelph (inside Found Coffee, yum!) as well as online. Laura's teaching style is casual and lighthearted with a focus on easing tension in the body and mind so that you can live your life with more ease and less tension. She aims to create a space where you feel included and safe in your body, in your mind and on your mat. Just as you are.
